What you'll do

• Execute daily production lists
• scale recipes and batch and finish products to specification
• weigh and measure ingredients
• verify cook times and temperatures and complete logs
• portion, label, date, and package finished products
• rotate stock using FIFO and maintain cold-chain integrity
• clean and organize the station
• receive and store deliveries
• operate kitchen equipment safely
• minimize waste and report shortages or overages
• follow food safety and sanitation standards.
