What you'll do

• Support material acquisition and project scheduling with project managers
• lead and guide field staff
• support meetings and training on codes, standards, and installation practices
• coordinate with project managers, estimators, and sales
• maintain budgeted resources and schedules
• conduct quality site walks
• organize job-site resources
• develop data center training, SOPs, and work instructions
• support project efficiency and Lean initiatives
• travel as required, with minimal overnight travel generally expected (5%).
