What you'll do

• Provide outpatient clinic and operating room coverage
• perform general surgery consultations, preoperative assessments, procedures, and postoperative follow-up
• manage surgical wounds and complications
• evaluate emergency department patients requiring surgical consultation
• provide inpatient admissions and rounding
• coordinate care with emergency and inpatient teams
• provide 24-hour general surgery call during assigned coverage periods, including weekends.
