It also contributes by coordinating trade coverage, evaluating project logistics and value-engineering options, representing the company in project pursuits, and mentoring junior estimators.

What you'll do

• Lead bid processes, trade coverage, and cost estimation across conceptual, schematic, and construction-document phases
• price and coordinate trade divisions across negotiated, GMP, design-assist, and hard-bid delivery methods
• evaluate project logistics and value-engineering solutions
• represent the company in owner and design-team presentations and reviews
• build relationships with trade partners and subcontractors
• mentor junior estimating team members.
