Maintenance Technician – Community Grounds and Repairs

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Greenwood, IN, with compensation of $18–$20 per hour. What you'll do

• Maintain community grounds through trimming, mowing, and trash pickup
• perform landscaping and winter plowing and salting
• repair water and sewer lines when needed
• maintain onsite structures, grounds, and equipment
• assist with evictions by securing and padlocking homes
• troubleshoot problem areas
• respond immediately to emergency calls
• operate large machinery when necessary.
