Regional Director, Community Association Management

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary operational resource and liaison for the Regional Vice President across South Florida communities
• coordinate regional priorities, communications, and initiatives
• guide Association Managers and handle escalations
• provide interim community coverage during absences or vacancies
• support recruiting, interviews, and onboarding
• lead new-client community onboarding and platform setup
• oversee developer-to-association transitions and related documentation and milestones.
