What you'll do

• Oversee center performance across bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events
• drive sales through hospitality and guest engagement
• hire, train, coach, and schedule hourly teams
• manage cash handling, labor, cost of goods sold, and inventory
• execute company initiatives and operational improvements with the General Manager.
