What you'll do

• Process patient health information requests under company and facility procedures
• safeguard confidential records and apply HIPAA privacy requirements
• prepare, assemble, and digitize medical records
• retrieve and transmit records to authorized requesters
• document work across platforms
• handle calls and, as needed, walk-ins and administrative tasks
• meet site productivity expectations.
