The Wellness Coordinator – Food Distribution & Data Specialist is an onsite role in Deerfield Beach, FL, with 5–10 hours that may be completed remotely or flexibly. Pay is $20–$21 per hour. The role supports FLIPANY’s Healthy Student Healthy Community initiative and community food distribution efforts focused on food security, wellness, and health equity. This position helps organize safe, welcoming food distributions and wellness activities while coordinating volunteers and community sites. It also maintains participant records and program data, supporting grant deliverables, reporting, and effective community outreach.

What you'll do

• Support three food pantry markets and community food distribution programs
• coordinate volunteers and students
• liaise with assigned community sites
• administer participant registration, check-in, and surveys
• collect and enter program data
• maintain records for grants and reporting
• support outreach materials and community partnerships
• submit invoices and documentation.

Why this role

Approximately 10–15 hours per week; in-person every Wednesday from 12:00 PM–5:30 PM in Deerfield Beach; remaining 5–10 hours may be remote/flexible. Valid driver’s license required; lifting up to 50 pounds.
