What you'll do

• Represent property owners, developers, lenders, and investors in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, sales, financings, leasing, and development
• handle commercial office and retail leasing, lending, and financing matters
• address title, survey, entity, and other real estate diligence
• lead, negotiate, manage, and close complex transactions
• draft material agreements and documents
• advise clients across a range of legal matters
• build client relationships and support business development.
