Assistant Store Manager

What you'll do

• Lead by example on the sales floor
• coach and develop team members
• train and onboard Guides
• oversee scheduling, floor coverage, inventory, and visual merchandising
• help manage KPIs, sales goals, and store performance
• support local events, partnerships, and volunteer initiatives
• serve as store leadership point person when the Store Manager is absent.
