What you'll do

• Lead consolidated reporting, budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and performance analysis
• standardize financial processes and accountability systems
• develop KPI reporting
• oversee job costing, WIP reporting, percentage-of-completion accounting, project cash flow, contract performance, change orders, claims, and project controls
• support financial modeling, capital investment, acquisitions, and strategic planning
• manage cash flow, banking, debt, and capital structure
• lead risk management, internal controls, governance, and compliance
• develop finance teams
• advise the CEO and executive leadership.
