What you'll do

• Mow lawns and trim weeds
• paint interior and exterior walls and trim
• operate snow-removal equipment
• assist with building maintenance and repairs, including plumbing issues and electrical troubleshooting
• remove weeds and prune shrubs and trees
• clean gutters and perform minor repairs
• check and clean smoke detectors and replace batteries
• assist with quarterly inspections of independent homes
• complete assigned work orders
• maintain confidentiality of resident, staff, and organizational information.
