What you'll do

• Assist with accounts receivable and customer account management
• prepare, process, and send invoices
• submit invoices through customer billing portals and track submissions
• follow up on past-due accounts
• maintain customer and financial records in QuickBooks Desktop
• communicate with customers about invoices, payments, and account questions
• research billing discrepancies
• assist with payment posting, reconciliations, and other office tasks.
