What you'll do

• Serve as the primary contact for BrandFX warranty inquiries
• investigate, process, and resolve warranty claims
• communicate with dealers and fleet customers
• coordinate solutions with Quality, Operations, Parts, and other internal teams
• manage warranty trip planning, documentation, and reporting
• support customer service, parts, quality, and Command Center functions.
