Technical Program Manager — AI Data and Evaluation

What you'll do

• Manage data and evaluation programs from scoping and requirements gathering through production, quality assurance, delivery, and retrospectives
• translate technical requests into specifications, milestones, owners, dependencies, and acceptance criteria
• improve data quality through metrics and qualitative review
• manage external vendors and delivery pipelines
• improve workflows, documentation, automation, and handoffs
• partner with research, platform, and marketplace teams to apply program learnings to product improvements.
