What you'll do

• Conduct assessments and develop evidence-based Individualized Treatment Plans
• provide direct one-on-one ABA services
• direct and supervise BHT-ABAs through behavioral skills training
• train caregivers and partner with schools
• participate in IEP and CASSP meetings
• monitor data and adjust programming
• participate in supervision, training, and team collaboration.
