What you'll do

• Perform daily cash application
• issue and audit invoices
• prepare and analyze accounts receivable aging and projections
• handle intercompany invoicing and international wires
• audit pricing discrepancies and inventory transactions
• reconcile monthly inventory balances, bank accounts, fixed assets, and balance sheets
• support cash-flow reporting, budgets, and forecasts
• complete month-end close and journal entries
• participate in continuous-improvement events. The posting specifies a 5% travel requirement and work that may include Saturdays, shutdown days, and holidays as required by the customer.
