What you'll do

• Oversee inventory integrity and restocking
• process and put away repair stock, pull parts, and deliver components to technicians. Manage vendor materials within department budgets, analyze inventory records, recommend stock and reorder levels, process requisitions, track orders, and expedite late materials. Maintain cross-reference systems and track nonconforming parts. Participate in physical inventory and resolve discrepancies with Accounting and auditors. Source and evaluate vendors, follow up on past-due orders, recommend reductions or transfers of slow-moving and obsolete inventory, support cost reduction, assist with system transactions, and place warranty claims. Ensure ISO conformance and participate in quality initiatives.
