What you'll do

• Manage and supervise 10–15 staff across clinical care, kitchen, and housekeeping
• hire, train, schedule, and review staff
• support policies and regulatory compliance
• screen admissions and manage discharges
• coordinate medications, clinical records, appointments, nurses, doctors, and families
• oversee kitchen and housekeeping
• manage payroll, supplies, receivables, and invoices
• perform hands-on duties as needed.
