Maintenance Technician I

What you'll do

• Process tenant work orders
• maintain common areas and property cleanliness
• inspect, troubleshoot, and repair building mechanical and electrical systems
• maintain maintenance, inspection, and facility records
• participate in the preventive maintenance program
• coordinate with vendors and monitor contracted services
• monitor inventory and report or order parts
• maintain an organized maintenance shop
• keep MSDS sheets current and accessible
• comply with OSHA safety standards.
