Enrollment Specialist

What you'll do

• Convert prospective family inquiries and tours into enrollments
• follow up by phone, email, and text
• manage databases and lead records
• organize enrollment paperwork, tours, and reminders
• explain programs, curriculum, policies, tuition, and value
• collaborate with academy leadership and classroom teams
• manage a pipeline and work toward enrollment and conversion targets.
