Staff Accountant

What you'll do

• Prepare routine journal entries, schedules, and account reconciliations
• prepare bank reconciliations and record cash activity
• maintain complete and organized transaction documentation
• support related-party receivables, invoicing, and aging review
• assist with financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules
• perform fee calculations and recurring analyses
• assist with investor capital calls, distributions, and reporting
• respond to auditor, tax preparer, and internal partner requests
• investigate variances and recommend practical next steps
• identify improvements to processes, documentation, and controls.
