What you'll do

• Schedule and reschedule patient appointments at appropriate facilities
• maintain designated account folders
• communicate with referring offices and sales representatives
• ensure patients are cleared for diagnostic tests
• collect and enter demographic and insurance information
• perform other duties as assigned.
