Warehouse Associate, Product Customization

Job overview

The Warehouse Associate, Product Customization role is in person in Largo, FL. Pay is $19–$21 per hour. The associate supports product customization and daily warehouse operations for a growing home products company. The role combines personalized product work with order fulfillment, helping meet production and shipping goals. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional Sundays needed; optional weekend shifts may be available during peak season.

What you'll do

• Customize products through painting, monogramming, stenciling, and vinyl application
• use Cricut, Silhouette Cameo, or similar equipment
• measure and position designs
• inspect finished products
• pick, pack, and ship orders
• receive and put away inventory
• assist with returns
• maintain organized tools and workspaces
• balance customization projects with warehouse needs
• learn equipment and processes.
