The Senior Organizational Effectiveness Consultant – Corporate Services Assessment is a part-time, remote role with travel to the client site in Merrillville, Indiana. Compensation is $130–$140 per hour. The consultant will support a hospitality client’s corporate services assessment.
What you'll do
- Plan and lead the assessment
- interview executive and functional leaders
- evaluate corporate function structures, staffing, processes, spans and layers, performance measures, and talent or succession risks
- benchmark headcount and spend where data is available
- and prepare executive findings, recommendations, and an improvement roadmap.
