What you'll do

• Monitor pool activities
• enforce pool rules and respond to emergencies
• perform rescues and administer first aid or CPR/AED when necessary
• conduct safety checks and report hazards or maintenance needs
• maintain attention to reduce risks
• support swim instructors and help educate swimmers on water safety
• keep the pool area clean and organized
• participate in training and safety drills
• provide customer service while maintaining safety oversight
• help keep pools safe during weekend celebrations.
