Neuroinclusive Basketball Coach

The Neuroinclusive Basketball Coach role is onsite in Antioch, CA. Pay is $16.90–$20 per hour. The coach supports basketball lessons and programs at Solar Swim and Gym for clients of different ages, abilities, and skill levels. The role exists to help participants develop basketball fundamentals and game performance through tailored instruction, while fostering an inclusive environment that supports teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal development. Coaches also coordinate with staff and communicate with players and families about program expectations and progress.

What you'll do

• Develop and lead basketball training sessions, drills, and activities tailored to participants
• provide individualized instruction and feedback
• evaluate progress and adjust coaching strategies
• promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal development
• collaborate on programs, camps, clinics, and events
• communicate with players, parents, and guardians
• support participant safety.
