What you'll do

• Maintain the maintenance shop and residential property
• execute and document preventive maintenance for units, common areas, garages, grounds, pool, clubhouse, and equipment
• perform snow and ice removal
• complete work orders and unit turnovers
• respond to after-hours emergency calls as necessary
• safeguard equipment and supplies
• manage inventory and follow purchasing and budget guidelines
• conduct routine inspections
• follow safety, emergency, and Fair Housing procedures.
