What you'll do

• Assist patients with transfers and daily activities, including moving between beds, baths, wheelchairs, and automobiles.
• Change linens, do laundry, clean homes, and assist with personal care.
• Maintain care records and report observations to a supervisor.
• Provide companionship, give medications and immunizations, and engage patients in exercises or other activities.
• The posting requires completion of an accredited home health aide program, a high school diploma or GED, one year of professional experience, a driver’s license, and CPR certification.
