Maintenance Technician, Property Operations

What you'll do

• Respond to maintenance requests and work orders
• perform preventive maintenance and inspections
• make basic plumbing, electrical, lighting, appliance, door, lock, drywall, painting, and carpentry repairs
• assist with basic HVAC troubleshooting within training and authorization
• replace routine building components
• report hazards, leaks, and equipment failures
• assist vendors and contractors
• maintain tools and supplies
• document completed work and preventive maintenance
• follow safety procedures and provide courteous service.
