The Maintenance Supervisor, 2nd Shift role is onsite in New Kensington, PA. Compensation is $80,000–$100,000 per year, plus bonus. The confidential client operates a food manufacturing production plant in New Kensington. The supervisor leads maintenance teams responsible for plant equipment, facilities, utilities, and powerhouse systems. Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work help minimize downtime and keep production lines operating effectively.

What you'll do

• Lead maintenance mechanics and electricians in predictive and preventive maintenance and machine repairs
• train employees on work methods and safety
• supervise maintenance systems, processes, and documentation
• schedule maintenance with Production
• develop preventive and predictive maintenance systems, TPM, SOPs, and safety practices
• troubleshoot equipment failures
• maintain performance KPIs and report status
• ensure USDA compliance and accurate work and inventory records.

Why this role

Second-shift, full-time role; relocation assistance is available.
