• Manage SBA reporting and servicing
• oversee commercial and consumer loan documentation and file maintenance
• track credit and collateral exceptions
• coordinate core-system loan issues
• co-manage audits
• ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance
• prepare management reports and reconciliations
• lead loan system projects and conversions
• manage loan servicing staff
• prepare and review commercial loan documents
• coordinate closings with title companies, attorneys, and Relationship Managers
• support Relationship Managers with closings, past-due accounts, and exceptions.
