What you'll do

• Conduct web consultations before client relocations
• assist clients with finding and viewing properties and learning about nearby areas
• provide settling-in services
• build relationships and negotiate terms with property owners or management companies
• review contract details
• support clients during move-in
• plan and conduct seminars to find potential clients
• perform other tasks assigned by the manager.
