What you'll do

• Develop and deliver store budgets
• manage financial reporting, profit and loss, merchandising, donation collection, loss prevention, point-of-sale systems, product quality, and pricing
• lead, hire, and develop staff
• oversee store functional areas
• set goals with retail leaders
• support coverage for planned or unexpected absences, team training, store performance, and business development
• work varied schedules and locations as needed.
