What you'll do

• Prepare and serve meals and snacks
• implement cycle menus
• maintain food and supply inventory and order supplies
• check deliveries for quantity and quality
• document menu changes and maintain CACFP records
• prepare alternative meals for children with allergies in collaboration with Health and Nutrition staff
• maintain sanitation and food safety
• identify equipment maintenance needs
• participate in health inspections and nutrition education activities
• maintain ServSafe Food Manager Certification.
