What you'll do

• Oversee medical standards and quality of care
• establish medical policies
• see patients and handle clinical practice
• support communication and transfer of patient care
• review records
• manage controlled drugs and approve requests for drugs and supplies
• conduct doctor meetings
• address patient-care and client issues
• coach veterinarians
• interview DVM candidates
• identify service opportunities
• monitor practice performance with the Hospital Manager
• support operational planning.
