What you'll do

• Assist with mobility and safe transfers
• perform household tasks
• prepare meals and snacks according to client instructions
• accompany clients on errands and medical appointments
• assist with bathing, dressing, and other personal hygiene
• provide medication reminders
• facilitate prescribed range-of-motion exercises
• provide dementia care and companionship.
