The Data Center Construction Project Executive role is onsite in Chantilly, VA. Compensation is not specified. Worldwide Mission Critical provides owner’s representation and project management for the mission-critical industry, helping clients deliver data centers on time and within budget. The executive leads projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating clients, design teams, contractors, and other stakeholders. The role oversees project delivery, budgets, schedules, risk, safety, procurement, construction execution, and commissioning support to meet client objectives.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout
• develop client and industry relationships
• supervise, train, coach, and mentor teams
• ensure ethics and compliance
• lead risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and pricing decisions
• manage budgets, resources, schedules, and project risks
• establish project governance and reporting
• oversee feasibility, site selection, due diligence, procurement, design, and construction management
• coordinate consultants, utilities, authorities, design teams, contractors, and stakeholders
• oversee QA/QC, change management, safety protocols, commissioning activities, and turnover strategy
• and maintain client communication throughout project delivery.

Why this role

Requires 10+ years of construction or program management experience focused on mission-critical or data center projects, including experience delivering large capital projects. Bachelor’s degree preferred; PMP, CCM, or LEED certification is a plus.
