Production Team Leader, Injection and Blow Molding — 3rd Shift

The Production Team Leader role is an onsite position in San Antonio, TX. Pay starts at $21.50 per hour. The role is in the Injection Molding/Blow Molding Production department and provides first-line leadership for hourly team members. The team leader supports safe, quality, and productive manufacturing operations by coordinating team activities, monitoring work standards, responding to production issues, and communicating with support teams. The role helps the department meet production and quality expectations while developing team members.

What you'll do

• Uphold safety policies and ensure proper PPE
• organize team-member rotations
• monitor changeovers and work-cell setup
• ensure training and adherence to standard work instructions
• monitor 5S and TPM completion
• inspect parts and support first-part approval
• communicate with support teams
• monitor production data, scrap, and downtime
• coordinate assignments and inventory
• respond to Andon calls
• complete reports and support KPI expectations.
