Accurate records and compliance checks help members and internal lending teams complete closings efficiently and meet regulatory requirements.

What you'll do

• Coordinate consumer and home equity loan closings
• prepare and review loan documents
• communicate with members to obtain outstanding documentation
• conduct closings after approval conditions are met
• and serve as a Notary Public. Manage lien records, collateral perfection, electronic vehicle titles, lien releases, secondary mortgage recordings, and electronic loan files. Audit files for completeness and compliance, resolve documentation deficiencies, coordinate title work, insurance verification, payoffs, and recording, complete HMDA data collection and reporting, and coordinate property inspections or appraisal support as needed.
