What you'll do

• Serve as the Food & Beverage contact during assigned shifts
• verify schedules and coordinate staffing coverage
• oversee dining room readiness
• coordinate seating
• assign server stations
• record meal counts, reservations, and charges in the POS
• communicate operational concerns
• conduct rounds of Market, Dietary, and Kitchen areas
• provide service coverage as needed
• assist with inventory and cost control
• and report equipment issues.
