What you'll do

• Lead and support kitchen staff during assigned shifts
• ensure recipes, preparation standards, and portions are followed
• coordinate with front-counter staff
• verify food safety checklists and temperature logs
• execute labor plans and monitor breaks, coverage, and productivity
• manage preparation lists and food rotation
• track waste and submit weekly logs
• support inventory checks
• maintain cleanliness and sanitation
• assist with training and coach team members.
