What you'll do

• Process vendor invoices
• review coding, approvals, and supporting documents
• match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices as needed
• prepare and schedule payments by check, ACH, wire, or other approved methods
• maintain vendor records and respond to inquiries
• reconcile accounts payable transactions
• assist with month-end close, audits, reporting, and finance projects
• investigate billing and payment discrepancies
• support company policies and internal controls.
