What you'll do

• Respond to maintenance requests in guestrooms, public areas, and back-of-house
• perform preventive maintenance
• troubleshoot and repair basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues
• inspect for needed repairs
• assist with room turns and room recoveries
• maintain work areas
• support vendor access and contracted work
• and maintain work order records.
