What you'll do

• Implement and evaluate the contract Quality Control Plan
• conduct scheduled, unscheduled, and follow-up inspections
• verify cleaning tasks and performance standards
• direct Quality Control Inspectors and coordinate coverage
• document deficiencies and corrective actions
• maintain inspection records and submit quality reports
• analyze trends and root causes
• coordinate with the Program Manager on issues affecting service quality
• support government quality assurance surveillance.
