• Perform procedures in Core Laboratory Chemistry, Hematology, and Coagulation
• exercise initiative and independent judgment
• communicate technical and general information to managers, directors, and medical staff
• participate in administrative activities
• serve as a technical resource for others
• may provide functional supervision to support staff.
