Lead Toddler Teacher

The Lead Toddler Teacher role is onsite in Brookline, MA, and pays $28.57 per hour for 40 hours per week. What you'll do

• Plan and maintain the classroom environment, materials, and daily schedule
• lead curriculum planning and implementation
• support safety, transitions, and positive peer interactions
• use positive discipline
• observe and document development and maintain records and portfolios
• conduct assessments and twice-yearly parent-teacher conferences
• communicate with families
• lead weekly team meetings
• guide teachers and assistants
• assist with onboarding and supervise volunteers and substitutes
• collaborate on professional development and staff evaluations
• uphold center policies and EEC regulations.
