Maintenance Technician — Multifamily

What you'll do

• Complete service requests, callbacks, and work orders
• complete make-ready sheets and turn vacant apartments
• maintain pools and spas
• maintain grounds, workplace, and maintenance shop
• respond to after-hours calls and emergencies
• perform additional assigned duties.
