What you'll do

• Advise clients on transactional antitrust risks, merger review, and competition issues
• represent clients in government investigations and merger enforcement actions, including Second Requests
• counsel on antitrust compliance
• represent clients before federal and state enforcement authorities
• support complex mergers and strategic transactions
• and conduct legal research and analysis.
